This review is from The Wine Advocate The 2005 Aureum Organic is composed of equal parts Tempranillo, Garnacha, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 12 months in new French oak. Saturated purple in color, it reluctantly surrenders aromas of earth, mineral, espresso, Asian spices, black cherry, and black currant. Dense, rich, and with excellent volume on the palate, this full-flavored offering will continue to blossom for another 2-3 years and have a drinking window extending from 2012 to 2020.
