Cellar Notes:The grapes are harvested by hand in April when they have reached optimal maturity. In order to extract colour and aromas, the must is interfused with its skin for 3 days at low temperatures. The must is then fermented for 7 days in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at temperatures ranging from 26º to 28º C (79º to 82º F). The wine is next left macerate for an additional 10 days to extract its fruity characteristics. Then, 50% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Finally, the wine is cellared in bottles for 6 additional months before its launch on the market
Appearance:intense ruby-red colour
Aromas:well-emphasized red fruit aromas
Palate:a gentle touch of oak and a well-structured and generous finish round out this delicious blend.
