Appearance: | Brown/burgundy red in colour

Aromas: | Fresh cherry juice initially, then more floral and leafy notes -
sweetpea, blackcurrant leaf, and faint hints of orange pith. The
cherrry character slowly shifts to glace, then maraschino &
marzipan aromas

Palate: | Silky, light on the tongue, and again fresh cherries are foremost, before the more maraschino notes emerge. Very ripe and authentic fruit character with the sweetness an afterthought. Medium-length and gently sweetening.

Serving Notes: | Another extremely moreish liqueur, very capable of being drunk on its own due to a lack of the excessive cloying sweetness some other cherry brandies suffer from.
